Hike to the high point of the Alabama Hills

Alabama Hills High Point hike is a 1 mile round trip hike with 550 ft. of elevation gain from Movie Road. The hike was the occasion of my daughters 100th peak on Peakbagger.com - not bad for a 6 year old!

Cross country to the low point of the ridge and then boulder hopping up the ridge.

Great desert views, while gazing up at the mighty Sierra.
