Saddleback Mountain

Saddleback Mt. & Vasquez Rocks

Great sunrise hike in the Sierra Pelona Mountains of Agua Dulce.  We parked on Morgan Road just after the pavement ends - took equestrian trails up to the ridge north of the mountain, then up and over North Peak, into the saddle and up some Class II rocks to the South Peak high point.  Good to combine with Vasquez Rocks County Park, which is just a short car ride (mile) down the road.
