South Mount Hawkins - San Gabriel Mountains

Great day for an early AM hike with no one else on the trail. Saw one deer who was leaping and bounding UPHILL! Great views from the top at the site of a former lookout tower. Day was pretty clear and had great visibility. I'll come back to grab Sadie Hawkins some day, which was maybe 1-2 miles more.
