Hike the rocks and to the high point of Vasquez Rocks

Vasquez Rocks in the Sierra Pelona Mountains of Agua Dulce opens at 8am. The most prominent rocks are the most fun to climb, but the high point is just to the south/west, a short 15-minute hike from the parking lot. These rocks are featured in many Hollywood TV shows and movies and can be seen easily to the north of Highway 14.

Trailhead:

There is a ton of free parking, with trails traversing the park in seemingly every direction.
Difficulty:

Easy unless you want to summit either the featured rock formations which is Class III (and airy).

Neat rocks to climb.
